Lanais

Sliding glass doors open onto two oceanfront lanais that overlook the beautiful white sand beach, the black lava rocks, the surf, and sea-life including dolphins, sea turtles, and seasonal whales. Both the lanais have lounge chairs, and the downstairs lanai has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals listening to the ocean.

Sunsets are spectacular, and we love watching the moon setting just before dawn (one of the “benefits” of the 6 hour time difference!). And, if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a few rainbows as well … All these shots were taken from the lanais.
